You must be a current QMWS member at the time of nomination.
Timeline for Selection:

1st November 2025: Call for nominations opens

31st January 2026: Nominations close

1st February 2026: Nominations compiled

2nd February 2026: Nomination list sent to members; votes open for contested positions

15th February 2026: Voting closes

26th February 2026: QMWS 2026 Annual General Meeting & official position changeover
