By submitting this form you declare that you wish to become a member of the Queensland Medical Women’s Society (QMWS) ABN: 41 362 299 115, and that you are eligible for QMWS membership. See About Membership. The Membership Period is 1st Jan to 31st Dec each year.
When you join QMWS you receive 3 memberships for the price of one 1) Membership to the QMWS, 2) Membership to the Australian Federation of Medical Women (AFMW), and 3) Membership to the Medical Women’s International Association (MWIA). Your email address may be shared with AFMW and MWIA. You may unsubscribe a from any mailing list at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.
