Welcome to this President’s Chat with Udani Liyanage, a final-year medical student at Bond University with a strong passion for healthcare, research, and community service.
A chat recap
Today’s guest on the President’s Chat is Udani Liyanage, a final-year medical student at Bond University. She is a good example of the expression ‘when you want something to be done, ask a busy person’.
Udani is an active member of our QMWS committee as our Student Representative Coordinator and she is the organiser of our very successful mentor mixers. During her medical study, she co-founded The Noble Dawn Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation that makes a positive impact with very diverse projects in Sri Lanka.
I hope you enjoy hearing more about the wonderful work this organisation does.
Kind regards,
Dr Ira van der Steenstraten, Immediate Past President QMWS.
